Thread milling is composed of tool rotation and helical interpolate mill of machine tool. In a circle interpolation process, required threads are machined by using the geometry shape of tool and moving axially with a pitch. Thread milling can use arc entering method and radial entering method. Arc entering: placidly entering and out leads to almost no cutting traces or vibration, so that it is particularly suitable for materials difficult to be machined and precise threading.
